Whistleblowing channel
This channel lets you report, in confidence, any breach you become aware of in connection with our activity.
It is handled by a designated officer, and no one else in the company has access to it.
Who can use it
Employees and former employees, job applicants, service providers, suppliers, clients and anyone who has had dealings with our activity.
What can be reported
Breaches relating to money laundering and terrorist financing, corruption, public procurement, data protection, product safety, the environment and the other areas covered by the law — as well as irregularities in how we meet our obligations as a real estate agency.
You may report anonymously
All identification fields are optional. If you leave them blank we keep nothing that could identify you: we do not record the address you write from, nor any session. You will receive a code — it is the only way to check on your report later, and we cannot recover it if you lose it.
You are protected by law
Retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is prohibited: dismissal, penalties, changes to working conditions or harm of any kind. Your identity is confidential and may only be disclosed in the cases the law expressly provides for.
What happens next
We acknowledge receipt within 7 days. We look into the matter and tell you what measures are envisaged or taken within 3 months. Records are kept for five years.
You may report outside the company instead
This channel is internal and handled by members of management. If your report concerns someone in management — or if for any reason you would rather not use it — the law lets you go directly to the Mecanismo Nacional Anticorrupção, a public body independent of us. The protection against retaliation is exactly the same.
