What we collect

What you type into the forms on this site: name, phone, email, your message and, in a valuation request, the address of the property.

We collect nothing else here. No browsing profiles, no advertising, no sharing with third parties for marketing.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to assist with buying, selling or letting a property. That is the only purpose.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.

How long we keep it

While the matter is live and, afterwards, for as long as Portuguese law requires estate agencies to keep records, including anti-money-laundering records. After that, we delete it.

Who sees it

The agency's agents and administrative staff, as needed. Data is hosted on European Union servers by the providers behind our management software.

Your rights

You may ask us for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent at any time — write to geral@atlantichouses.net.

If you believe we have not handled it properly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
