Carlos has extensive professional experience, starting with his degree in Civil Engineering, his master's degree in structures, and his MBA, which give him a knowledge base that he uses to advise his clients. To these trainings, he added a stint in investment banking in technology, where he held management and marketing functions. He has more than 10 years of experience in real estate, which allows him to help his national and international clients find the best solutions for what they are looking for in this area.

His experience is more focused on Lisbon and the coastline that goes to Cascais, but he also works in other areas of the surroundings.

It has several partnerships with professionals such as architects, lawyers, solicitors, credit mediators, and contractors, among others, which allow it to complement its services.

On a more personal level, he enjoys history, cinema, good books, board games, and fiction.
